Non-RGB systems will be built with minimal amount of lights.

However, the RGB systems will be built using RGB fans, RGB Liquid Cooler (if it is part of the system) and RGB RAM sticks. Most of all, the fans lighting will be in sync for better appearances.

We aim to build and deliver the PCs within the 4-5 working days, but we will do our best to get your machine in your hands as soon as possible. We will keep you updated regardless.

All our machine will either come with Window 10/11 Home or Pro pre-installed.

PC Tailors will not only just build and ship your PC. We will install all the latest drivers for all the components in your PC and make sure that they operate at its best when you receive it.

You can do what you want with your system once it is paid for, but damage caused due to bad overclocking will result in your warranty being void for the system.

A standard annual service will be performed by one of our engineers to remote onto your machine and update all drivers and make sure that the system is running at its best.

We also offer an Extended Annual Service which can be purchased at an additional cost, but this will include the Standard Annual Service and also clean up of all components in your system and thermal compound.

Engineers at PC Tailors, will first build the PC and once built, we will take it through various benchmarks and multiple stress tests targetting all the components individually to get you the most out of your system.

We, PC Tailors, will provide you with a 3-Year Warranty on all products brought from them. They will either repair or replace the faulty hardware.
